I recommend you bring your Civic into a MagicHands Certified shop and have them check it out and advise you what work is needed and give you an estimate for that work - so you can make an informed decision.
You can find an MagicHands Certified Repair Shop at http://magic-hands.info/search/?type=all&m=30&q=&keyword= and they can help you diagnose and repair the problem.
