Look in your owner's manual on how to change bulbs.
For many vehicles there is a panel that may need to be removed to get to the bulb. It usually twists into the hole of the tail light assembly.
To remove the bulb from the connector you may have to push down and turn for it to come out of the socket. Make sure that you take that bulb with you when you get a replacement. It needs to be the exact bulb to go back properly.
You then put the bulb back in the socket, push and twist to lock it in. Hope this helps.
