You should really get your transmission looked at. Shutting the ignition off while driving can be dangerous. It's possible that there is a problem with the torque converter clutch lock-up solenoid or a problem in the valve body. They would need to run tests to get a proper diagnosis.
As for the wipers and headlights, it sounds like you need a new combination switch. I believe the stick on the column controls both the wipers and the headlights on this vehicle. This most likely needs to be replaced.
