I doubt there is an alternate replacement part. Manufacturers use specifically engineered parts for each make and model. Then they go and change them from year to year. Maybe you could find one from a local junk yard or go online and see what you can find.

If you don't want to use a Honda part, I would suggest going to an after market automotive store like Pep Boys, Strauss or Goodyear and point out the part you need to them. They should be able to find out if there is a generic or universal part that will adapt to your vehicle.
You may find that this part is only available from the manufacturer however.
